Privacy

Wales Junior Golf is a directory of publicly available junior golf event listings. Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not track individual visitors beyond standard, anonymous web server logs.

Event submissions

If you submit an event using our submission form, we collect the event details you provide and the email address you give us, solely so we can review and, if appropriate, publish the event. Submitted contact details are not published or shared, and are used only for this purpose.

Event registration forms

Some events have an optional signup form built by the hosting club. If you fill one in, the information you provide is used only to register you for that event and is shared with the organising club. It is automatically deleted 30 days after the event date. We do not use this information for marketing or share it with anyone beyond the organising club.

Club accounts

Clubs can create an account to manage their own event listings. We store the name, email address, and a securely hashed password for each club account. This is used only to operate the club login and is not shared or published.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Club and admin logins use a session cookie that identifies you as logged in — nothing else.
